Then prunes Ten prunes, brought almost to a boil. Taylor’s English Breakfast tea, with raw sugar and milk. Reminds me of being Welsh. Granola and yoghurt with turmeric. Inflammation fighter. Green tea with honey. Noisy joints complainin’. Prayer at 2 am.
